"Estaban Ramone is just fifteen years old -- but he's the son of San Domingo drug lord Hector Ramone, a butcher whose soldiers slaughtered two people I love and stole their little girl, Laura.
"According to Estaban, Laura's parents were more like family than his own father. He claims he hates Hector more than I do.
"Sure.
"Together the Ramone boy and I tracked Hector's thugs to a jungle fortress just this side of Hades.
"I left a lot of rabid dogs dead along the way, but Hector still has a small army left to protect him.
